I am a registered psychotherapist and a member in good standing with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I understand consulting a psychotherapist requires a lot of courage. All of us are a story on two legs and that story has some challenging chapters. I strongly believe we are bestowed with resources to handle the difficult chapters and my professional qualification and expertise only facilitate in bringing to the fore front those resources. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, major life changes or relationship issues that you are not comfortable in sharing with others, I provide a nonjudgmental, safe, respectable and validating space for you as you embark the journey of self-discovery. I have a curious, gentle, and inquisitive spirit. I am an astute lifelong learner with interests ranging from Psychology.
I obtained a graduate degree in Applied Psychology from University of Punjab, Lahore Pakistan. Also, I gained a post graduate diploma in Clinical Counseling and Psychotherapy from Pakistan. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy certification is from Toronto’s Centre for MindBodyHealth. She has also completed Level 1 and Level 2 training by John Gottman Institute for couple counseling.
