Have you been feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed lately? Struggling to connect with others and the world around you? Want to live more in the moment, but find yourself lost in your thoughts or worries? Life can sometimes be overwhelming and feel difficult to manage. I am here to help.

For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping and supporting others. Throughout my life, I was inspired to become a therapist so that I could have the opportunity to help and support those in need.

I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals (adults 18+ and teens 14-18) and couples. Some of the modalities I use include cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance work. My areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, communication, stress management, relationship difficulties, emotion regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief and loss.

Using a client-centred approach, I strive to provide a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment to help my clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain an improved sense of control over their lives. I also believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation in which growth and change can occur.

Others have described me as a kind and open-minded person. As a therapist, I seek to empower and support my clients through whatever challenges and hardships they may be experiencing. I aim to walk alongside my clients, supporting them as we navigate their struggles together. I believe in the importance of respecting and appreciating the individual needs of my clients. I also focus on the strengths and unique circumstances of my clients, and value the importance of building rapport and trust and creating a safe space. I invite you to reach out if you would like to start therapy with me.
