We all face unique challenges as we advance through each phase of our lives.

The challenges and stressors associated with each stage of life and career transition are unique.

Best of all, you don’t have to face these challenges alone!

Hi, I’m Michael.

Having gone through hardships myself, I feel indebted to assist individuals in making positive life changes.

As a professional, my aim is to create an environment where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported.

In my practice, narrative therapy is at the heart

I look forward to hearing your story so I can identify your strengths and provide you with the tools you need to become an agent of change.

Over the past decade, I have provided counselling, assessments, crisis intervention, and community outreach to at-risk families and youth from diverse ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds.

My resume includes:

  • Hospital crisis social work in Nunavik
  • Child protection worker at CAS (extensive custody and access cases, parent/teen conflict, and supporting youth in foster care)
  • School social work (supporting anxious students and addressing attendance issues)
  • Life coaching
  • Career coaching

My experience in church ministry and leadership spans over 15 years and I’ve supported parents and individuals on issues including: spiritual journey, faith, and conflict between parents and teens.

If you are looking for support from a Christian perspective, I can definitely help.

Working with youth is my passion, and I have over 15 years of experience volunteering with youth.

For the past 10 years, I have served as President for youth associations and have won awards for outstanding youth leadership.

I love helping children and youth overcome their challenges! Let’s connect.

I’ve shared my experiences and how I can be of help.

Most importantly, with your assistance, I hope to develop a deep understanding of you and your perspectives, so together we can overcome difficult circumstances, learn new skills, and work toward a successful outcome.

I look forward to hearing from you.
