Office: Virtual
Languages: English
Focus: My focus is on wide age range of individuals with a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD as well as parents of those with these diagnosis.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others, especially those that seemed to have slipped through the cracks. I started my journey as an in-home aide where I taught life skills to children with special needs and supported their families to learn strategies to make everyday life easier for the whole family. I loved this work and knew I wanted something more. I then looked for a Graduate program that would tap into the desire and propel me into a role where I could provide a higher level of support to my clients. I found this program and for the past 10 years I have had the previlige of supporting my clients of all ages in the role of Psychologist.

I understand this is an uncomfortable and awkward spot you’re in. I am here to ease your mind in this process and make you as comfortable as possible. My clients have told me I have a calm and confident presence. I have a deep passion for my work and I hope to project this when we meet.

I am a Registered Psychologist with 15 years experience in the field and have dedicated my career to working with those who have a diagnosis (and in some cases their family and caregivers) understand their diagnosis and how to navigate life with this diagnosis. I have worked in homes, at schools, and clinics. I have been paired with Psychiatrists to maximum the support of our adult patients. I have experience working a wide age range from as young as 18 months up to 73 years of age. I am trained in Trauma based therapies, play based therapy, CBT, Brief Solution Focused therapy, family centered therapy as well as ABA.

I possess empathy, compassion and an understanding that therapy is an essential part of the holistic approach. Becoming your best self is important to me! I offer a comfortable and non-judgemental environment to share their concerns and thrive to becoming their best selves. I have been told I can make the environment and situation calmer by simply being present and I aim to utilize this in every relationship I have with my clients. I ensure to use add mindfulness to each session as well as support my clients in learning tools they can use throughout their lives.
