I hold an MA in Counselling, and I offer my services to adults, adolescents, and couples.

Struggles seem to be an inevitable part of life. But when struggles overwhelm us we can become vulnerable in various ways. We can experience unhelpful thoughts, difficult feelings, and we can engage in problematic behaviours. And since stress impacts the body, we can experience unwanted physical symptoms that keep us from living full and meaningful lives.

But it doesn’t have to be this way! As a therapist I want you to know that regardless of what has happened to you, healing, change, and growth are possible. My goal is to offer a safe and non-judgemental space, where we can explore your issues and find strategies that will help you to shift into more balance and well-being.

My approach is informed by aspects of internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), emotion focused therapy (EFT), existential therapy, the circle of security intervention, narrative therapy, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology and more.
