I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience in various settings. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion, Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Bibliotherapy and Mindfulness-based stress reduction. I endeavour to provide non-judgmental active listening and encourage and support creativity in my clients. I work collaboratively to establish attainable goals and help you make the changes you want to make. If you need supportive counselling to meet some of the circumstances of your life that you cannot change – I can provide self-care strategies to help you. Most of all, I want you to feel heard and supported in life transitions.
